I’ve been to Better Burger a handful of times already and it’s always delicious. Today I went to get a takeout order because I’ve been cleaning up shards of glass from the storm that rolled through on Sunday night and did massive damage to Richmond. I look tired because I am very tired. The service was great as always, the food was exceptional as always but today they took note of my exhaustion and treated me with great kindness. One lady even stepped out from a very busy kitchen to Pat me on the back and make sure I was okay. This little restaurant is not just in it for the money as you can tell by the low prices but they actually treat people with respect and kindness. It feels like sitting down at your parents or grandparents table and in my opinion, that can’t be beat!

They went above and beyond to help my disabled mom who has early onset dementia. She loves their cabbage and is on a fixed income. They sold me some for her and she loved it. Ty, guys for being so awesome. They are always friendly when I go. Food is good and fast. They help the less fortunate out. Bless this place and the people that work here.

Trying to support local businesses but I don’t think I will go back. Walked in and placed a to go order two cheeseburger and fries. It’s was over 30 minutes to get my order. They did offer free dessert. I’m thinking that was a to little long.

You all servedy daughter today.. she ordered 2 burgers one for her and one fory son.. I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse aide 5 days a week.. she called me to tell me how nice u were to her!!! We just moved to Richmond not even a month ago! She’s pregnant and u have her a free piece of pie! It doesn’t seem like a lot t many people but it was such a gift to us!! For one she’s pregnant and food is life right now! Lol.. and also my kids got a home cooked burger that they both loved while I was at work.. it means a lot.. great food and worth the money.. I can’t wait to have a day off to try it myself . Thank u . From a single mom doing her best!
