We asked for square cut, and we got these strange shapes instead. We also asked for one pan and one hand tossed, but we got two pan. Both pizzas were cut just how it’s shown in the photo. Only upside was the manager of the store was nice.

Used to love this place but the manager is extremely rude. They don’t have enough delivery drivers and their website might say delivery is available but don’t believe that. Don’t recommend ordering from this location unless you don’t want your food delivered

So….I like dominoes and how fresh and hot the food is every time I order, except for my recent experience 3/9/2023 at your Hammond IN location on 1918 E 165th st Suite 800. I place my order at 5:55pm, I call around 6:57 or so because my dominos tracker is STILL telling me they are preparing my order, not in oven, quality check, nothing. The guy who answered the phone was honest and said that they where backed up and that my order would arrive in another 45mins, I said I understand, I’ll wait. At around 8:00!! I’m constantly calling the store, no answer. Around the 9 o’clock hour!!!, me, my pregnant wife and daughter drive up to the store and ask for the refund of course. What added insult to injury, the delivery driver was pulling up to my house as I’m getting the refund. Added to the fact that before the gentleman behind the counter gave me the refund, he instructed me that I could catch the delivery driver if I drive back home right then. It made sense that I couldn’t get through because the phones where off the hook. Go figure. I could have saved you the trouble and dropped $30 somewhere else. This was truly unexceptional service. Our family frequents Dominoes but will think twice about that now.

I’ve ordered here a couple time’s now since they’ve been open. My order has been made right and served to me fairly quickly. This new location is clean and you can dine in.. dont know any other domino’s that has a dine in. Haven’t dined in there yet but I thought that was pretty cool. Their crust tastes alot better then what I remembered it to be. Love the deals that they offer as well.. Definitely will be coming back for more pizzas and their molten chocolate lava cake is deliciously good. Hopefully I’ll get to dine in next time
