Drive through wait time is ridiculously long because they only service one car at a time. They will take your order, take payment and give you your food before they will take the next customers order. I have been to this location several times so I believe its either that they are short staffed or a policy to do. Food is good and the staff is nice but either the management at this location need to help their staff or Corporate needs to change their policy.

Someone in corporate or someone who is high in management needs to check on the employees. They have taken the health department signs about washing hands down in the men and women’s bathrooms. That is a violation of the health department. They do not wash their hands after each visit to the restroom. That’s disgusting. I will not eat there again until things change. Something seriously needs to be done. Thank you

The place was nice and cozy with nice staff. The chicken fingers were nice and juicy with a good dipping sauce. Was happy the chicken wasn’t dry like other places. Also got the fried cheese and was actually surprised they were so good. I would recommend this Zaxby’s restaurant.

I had a horrible experience here tonight. I went through the drive-thru tonight after not having been to a Zaxby’s since high school (8 years ago). I asked a question about the hot sauces and it appeared that I irritated the crew member or something by doing so because she seemed annoyed and when I got home with my Great 8 boneless chicken meal, there were only 5 pieces of chicken. This was very disappointing and I definitely didn’t get what I paid for. I feel like I was robbed. $9 for 5 chicken nuggets. Very disappointed with my return to Zaxby’s. I don’t see myself going back anytime soon.

ordered a 5 finger chicken plate with honey mustard and an extra order of fries. when I looked at my order I realized they did not give me the extra fries or any sauce for the chicken. I love zaxbys food but it seems like if you make one modification to the order things go sideways.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 meals, a Club Sandwich meal and a chicken fingerz with wings.. was told to pull up and wait, no big deal. We waited 20 minutes and watched food being carried outside to other cars that came after us. Went inside to inquire about our food, and both females working the front seemed confused about our order. I was told by a female in a green jacket that our food hadnt been made yet, but after she delivered 3 bags outside, she then found our order that wasnt bagged and asked the line to remake it. No apology, no “I’m sorry can you wait a few more minutes”. So after waiting another 10 minutes she finally bagged our order and handed it to me, again with no apology or even a ‘thank you for waiting’. Pretty embarrassed by the customer service here, especially the female bagging food at the front. I understand its fast food and all, but the least you can do is be cordial and attempt to convey good customer service. Total time we waited was over 30 minutes. Will not be back.

Got to the drive through speaker and they had a note posted that they would not accept 50’s or 100’s as payment. All I had was a 100$ bill, so I was not able to buy anything. Was told I would have to purchase 70$ worth of food for them to accept it. Seems to me that the store is probably struggling financially if you can’t make change.

I don’t know why, but this Zaxby’s only had 2 stars on Yelp? It definitely is better than a 2 star! The chicken came out absolutely perfect, along with the perfectly seasoned fries! Definitely some of the best Zaxby’s I have had in a long time!
