Worst service ever found. I drove all the way from airport to this location, just to buy a subway because it states on google that it is open till 9:30 PM. Even reach here by 9:15 it was closed. Upon inquiring inside, said the time mentioned is including all the cleanup (and cash counting!!!!) they need to do. Even on door the timing mentioned is 9:30.

Husband n wife are great. I don’t speak so I write my order down on a board. Yesterday was no different except one thing I forgot to put bacon on 1 sandwich. But tgey got great memories, tge Husband said no bacon,?? I said yes. I forgot to write it. Now thats an awesome company if tgey do that with one person how many more do they remember. The owner should renew their lease. That’s alot of customers they are going to lose I July they are leaving n going home back to India. WHEN this has been their home n work for a long time. Give them a break subway is healthier than mcds across the street.? And they are clean establishment.

I went into this subway and had to wait for the lady who was alone, to finish talking on the phone to order even though she did turn around and look at me when i walked in. Then made my sub in a rush/ messy to get back to her call. She tried to up sell me with chips, drinks, cookies and i declined.. then said my total was 14$ and some change, for one sub that on the menu said $8.89. When i asked why she said i added bacon. I asked to see the receipt and why bacon was almost $6. She told me that’s just how they do it and did not give me the receipt ….i don’t mind paying any amount of money for food, but i definitely think she purposely over charged me smh.

This place is a joke! Tells me there was no balance on my gift card that I just got with $25 on it, then says my debit card had 4 cents on it, which was false and how would they even know my amount in my bank account. These people just want to take your cash and that’s it.

Didn’t like how my tuna sandwich was made. The lady there adding my toppings in smaller quantities and even didn’t add salt and pepper i requested. Horrible place to buy sandwich.

SERIOUSLY??!! We had to use the ” pointing method” in order to determine what sandwich and what fixins to add!! I have no issue with minority hirings. Hope they’re legal anyway! Some basic english language skills would be a prerequisite for hiring I think!! Good sandwich though!

This was the closest subway to our hotel. The sandwich artist was by himself & doing his best to cater to the walk-in customer as well as online orders. Except for a wait time, food was good.

The guy that worked there did not speak English. The entire process was by pointing because he couldn’t communicate. Incorrectly started to add things to the sandwich but at that point it wasn’t worth starting over because of how long it took for the communication to transpire.
