36 minutes in the drive through line had me ready to spit nails, but when I got to the window I softened. What a nice man getting my food and drinks together. He was smiling and kind even though I’m sure everyone he was encountering pulled up with an attitude. I tried the new spicy chicken sandwich combo with fries and a lemonade. The sandwich has some kick, but there is a LOT of breading that makes the already greasy sandwich even more so. I liked the flavor, but found myself pulling hunks of breading off before I took each bite. Delicious lemonade! My daughter got a mild 3 piece tender combo with fries and a Pepsi. She said the chicken was good and that the biscuit was incredible. Be sure to ask for any condiments like ketchup or honey. We also didn’t get any napkins, but I think that was just an oversight.

I ordered 2 3 piece combos with the new strawberry biscuits, and I got my food and asked them did they put my biscuits in the bag the young man at the window asked somebody behind there that was fixing the food. What I had just asked him they told him yes that was Saturday. I did not get my food. I don’t like it when the younger people are in there, because the owners are wrong, but nobody seems to do anything about it. I don’t have money to waste, but I don’t get my food that I paid for I feel like they really need to do a better job and making sure all the customers get their order the whole order, so I did not get my strawberry biscuits. I will not eat there again thank you.

We came Friday…drive thru was fast, considering the line that was there. The lady at the window was so friendly. This was by far the best experience i’ve had at this location. Food was hot and fresh!

I ordered food and tipped 30%. The app didn’t give me the option of adding ketchup or honey, so after placing my online order, I called the restaurant and asked that they put both in the bag. When my order was delivered, there was none in the bag. I called back to the restaurant and was td “oh well, I told them to put it in there. Sorry about that”.

I put one star, but I really shouldn’t have put anything. This place is as slow of a place as I’ve ever seen in my life. I sit in the drive-through for 45 minutes. When I get to the window the lady tells me to pull up. I’ll have to wait for my sandwich to cook really you’ve had 45 minutes to cook my sandwich and now I have to wait longer. I pulled up and sit another 20 minutes for my sandwich, I could not leave because I had done give them my money. I would never make that mistake again terrible terrible terrible place.

Food is good every time, but the service is very slow. I ordered ahead and 15 minutes late, and the food was still not ready. Then, I have to wait another 15 minutes on the food. It seems like they are no hurry at all.

It was takeout. It was good. We will do it again sometime. That’s about it. More detail? Like all chicken, the food is clearly getting more expensive. It tastes the same – which means something to have on occasion. (Our own cooking at home is usually really good.)
