My family and I went here for the first time around lunchtime yesterday. It was busy and quite a few big tops. Our server seemed rushed as she took our order. I did not get her name. I ordered the iced french coffee with sweetened condensed milk and I had pointed to it on the menu. I don’t recall her repeating any of our order back to us. When we received our drinks mine was a blended coffee beverage that I did not order. I did not have time to let her know I recieved the wrong drink. A food runner brought our food to the table, and I let them know I had the wrong drink and if I could get the right one. I was not upset. Our server came up and I told her the situation. She told me something along the lines of “Let me get this straight you said blended and pointed to it on the menu.” Which was not true. I was not there to argue and I understood they were busy when we ordered, so I just retold her what I wanted. She hesitated and seemed flustered/upset at having to get her manager for a remake. A tall guy came up to our table and shortly confirmed with me the drink. I don’t know if he was the manager, there was no introduction. Throughout this experience, I was not in a rush and I was not rude. I thanked her when she brought the correct drink and she was short and dismissive.

Good food but service wasn’t great. We were asked multiple times by different servers about 30 seconds apart if we were ready when we needed more time. Then the server who took our order didn’t write it down, got the order wrong, and then argued with my friend about what she ordered. Also, my friends vegetarian pho had a few pieces of chicken and fish in it.

Nice little place with a variety of options. I had the VII spicy chicken which was tasty with a nice balance of sweet and spicy. The pork broth from the egg noodle soups was also good.

Excellent restaurant! We had numerous items and all were very good. We had the fried green beans and edamame for appetizers, the green beans were a standout. I had the orange chicken with fried rice and both were excellent, the chicken was extremely crispy yet tender inside, I loved it. One diner had the sweet and sour chicken and I had a taste, also excellent. Another diner had a pork dish that was also by good. Will definitely try this again someday!!!

I’ve been coming here for years and usually get the lean brisket pho. It’s delicious. On this visit I tried their sesame chicken with white rice. The chicken is cooked with broccoli and bell peppers. This dish tastes great.
