12 May 2023. We just tried this establishment for the first time today. My family absolutely loved the pizza, especially the crust! We ordered 3 different pizza’s. We ordered a cheese, all meat and the works. All where absolutely delicious! My children said that the cheese pizza was the best they ever had! We will definitely be eating here again. This place is definitely in my top three favorite pizza spots in the south. The pizzas are delicious. The cheesy and garlic bread are the best. But the cinnamon bread is absolutely phenomenal! My 15 year claims it’s better than Dollywoods and that’s really saying something.

First time eating here. My family and I enjoyed it very much! The young man taking our order was very nice. I ordered the Founder’s Favorite. I give the pizza an 8.5 out of 10. I was good but the slices are cut very small. We will return.

OMG AMAZING DELICIOUS PIZZA AND SUBS! Fresh dough, I’ve never seen before! So soft and fresh it’s unbelievable. Even down to the toppings, that were also equally magically DELICIOUS somehow! LOVE DONATOS. WILL BE BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN! Superb food!!!

Finally, we got to try Donatos for the first time. Several friends had recommended them. We were very pleased with the results. Not the cheapest place, coming in at $20 each for The Works Pizza and Meats Pizza, but excellent quality and tasted great. We tried their thin crust this time but want to try other options when we go back.

We got a couple of pizzas to go. Although they didn’t get our dough type right, both ended up on thin crust, the freshness of the ingredients and portions were very good. Thin crust gets you edge to edge toppings. Very happy with the two pies. The chicken wings we ordered a little well done with dry rub and could have done without them. Note buy pizza at pizza place and chicken wings at a wing place. Staff very nice.

When they first opened, pizza was amazing, tons of toppings, perfect crust because whoever was making the pizza, made with it with love. Progressively just got worst and is maybe just a step up from the chain pizza places now. What happened?? Honeymoon is over now, you need to consistently make good food for people to keep coming back. Also we shouldn’t have to struggle to find an online menu specific to your restaurant without having to go straight to ordering app. Thanks for listening. .

We’ve loved Donato’s since they first opened in Knoxville. We eat a lot of pizza in our household and tend to go thin crust, so it was exciting to see that this is Donato’s “default” pizza. Love the pepperoni and the edge-to-edge concept. It’s refreshing to get a uniquely flavored sauce and pizza experience .. Donato’s definitely brings a refreshing twist on pizza to the Knoxville area. Not all of my kids like it, so we are not able to go as frequently as I would personally prefer. We’ve never eaten in, because it’s usually a pick-up-for-dinner sort of thing, but it’s a nice eat-in area, and I wouldn’t mind to try it sometime.

This is a great little pizza place! The guys were super nice, and the food came out very quickly. We had the hot honey pepperoni, and it is my new favorite pizza. The crust is seriously the best I’ve had. Summer bod be damned, this will be a twice a week stop for sure.
