So I already love BIGGBY a lot, the drinks are always amazing, but I need to leave this review to let everyone know how amazing the employees are at this location! As soon as I step inside, I always feel welcome and there’s always so much positivity from everyone. When I visited this evening (06/04/23), it was above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. I love coming here! Staff are always smiling and friendly. They have the best cold brew that I have tried and it looks amazing too. Their muffins are not my favorite but every other food item is amazing! They are also super fast and accurate with my orders which makes it the perfect stop on my lunch breaks.

I had an amazing experience at this location! I typically am in and out but I spent some time doing work there this afternoon. The employees were super kind, gave great suggestions and made sure to check in with me while I worked. I heard them extending the same courtesy to other customers and to each other as well! My first time inside of a Bigby and I’m glad I picked this location. The workers are all so kind and welcoming. The place itself just feels inviting and I could see myself coming back here once a week to get a Golden Honey Latte and curl up in one of the chairs with a good book. Didn’t get the food but it smelled amazing inside and I was impressed by the options!!!! Thanks to everyone here who made my first visit feel like my thousandth.

Had the best experience! The young lady at the cashier was so pleasant and friendly. She helped me with exactly what I wanted. Then the lady with the glasses made my drinks and they were made with perfection. This place is so good. I am recommending this place to everyone.

The new manager on at the trolley rd one is horrible, she accused me and my sister of doing things we never did, plus she asked us to never come back. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. This issue needs to be resolved. Unbelievable how people are treated when you have a horrible day!

Sadly, my iced matcha was pretty nasty. Like, I was literally drinking milk with a hint of matcha. Ended up trashing the half I couldn’t force myself to drink. The staff is cool; space is also clean and great for working. But, for the price, especially a small, I anticipated a better quality drink. Also, I’m used to being asked what kind of milk I want with my matcha. Guess they only offer 2%.
