We stopped in for a cup of coffee, which we generally do. There definitely was a need for sweeping the floors, tables being wiped off, cleaning of restrooms, fixing of sink in men’s restroom & getting rid of cobwebs in the table/chairs area by ledge area. The whole place needs a thorough cleaning done!!!

My Life

07/2022 – I decided to give this another try after almost a year of avoiding this location as it is conveniently located on my way to work. I’ve tried it a few more times since then. So far so good. Everything seems to have done a 360. Pretty much always stocked up now with great customer service. I love the lady that works in the morning she’s super friendly and so far Macedon now seems to have some of the best made food and drink out of the other stores I have recently visited. I’m not sure what they did to change things around but I hope they keep up the good work.

I have been going to the Macedon Dunkin’ donuts on and off for probably 15 years- I’ve just recently started going back because of job location. I live in Newark but that location is always awful. Palmyra is the slowest Dunkin I have ever encountered and may have even lost my on-line order! Macedon is the only place that has always gotten my order correct 98% of the time. I have noticed the past week that I have to order my coffee while I’m in Palmyra long before I even make it into Macedon because the assistant manager does not hustle like a few of the team. I was in a couple mornings ago and it was very slow at that location and there were people standing around looking for things to do and the assistant manager didn’t even start making my order until well after I walked in the door… Again I ordered from Palmyra on my way there. Bridgette is one of the few team members there that is always smiling always perky and I know if she is working my order will be ready before I get there or as soon as she sees me depending on how busy they are and it will be correct. How is she not management?
