We came to this KFC in Riverton. I asked if they had the Mac n cheese bowl, the manager lady got this annoyed look and taunting simile saying no. It was a limited time item. That’s fine. But I didn’t ask why. I just asked if you had it. Thank you.

I looked at the picture of the chicken sandwich here and thought it looked good and got the spicy chicken sandwich. When the food came I got an emaciated chicken sandwich which bore no resemblance to the one advertised. The sandwich was okay but I couldn’t help compare it to something like Popeyes where the sandwich actually looks like the KFC picture. My fries were half full so I had them redo those. They were helpful but again, I wish they’d gotten things right on the first go. The place was clean with lots of seating.

I don’t see why the reviews are so bad, I had a wonderful lunch experience. My chicken was made fresh for me quickly, the mashed potato’s were great as always. The server was incredibly friendly as well so I had no issue here at all. Thanks for a great lunch guys!

The reputation of this place is pretty accurate. Took forever for my order to come out (I ordered before my friends and they got theirs before mine). And they messed up my side (I asked for fries but it was mashed potatoes). If you have any deviation of what a meal comes with, it will come out wrong. Floor is also really sticky.

Drive-thru is a rough experience. The curbs are tight and a sharp turn. When you get to the ordering they have advertising IN THE WAY of the menu! You can’t see half of the menu because of it. The speaker is broken and hard to hear the employee.

I feel compelled to write a review about my most recent visit to this KFC. We read a bunch of reviews and were not sure about commiting to such a poorly reviewed fast food place. We were getting chicken for a mother’s day picnic and my MIL wanted KFC so we went ahead and took the chance.

After talking to the manager of the previous 2 times who were there in the drive-through when we got home we? Were missing. Lots. Of food. Finally spoke? To the manenergy explained. How I’d like to have everything in my meal $46 later. I got home and sure enough. I was ripped off for about $20 worth of food that was not there.
