7:20 PM and the dining room doors are locked, does the owner know this is going on? I see people pull in try the door and leave must be nice to be able to afford to lose customers. They tell you to go through the drive-through, but while you’re sitting in the drive-through line you have to smell the employees standing there smoking their cigarettes , this place has really gone downhill

What is not to like about KFC. But they need to bring back their honey bbq baked beans. They were so yummy, my family always enjoyed them. I don’t know if they are cutting back on the portion size or if it was a fluke but my large order of Mac and cheese was a lot less than it used to be and they chicken pieces are looking like they are from very small chickens. All in all, the quality of the food is still good as always.

Took them a half hour to get me my food after telling me only a few minutes. Then told me I had to wait longer for my nuggets because they forgot to drop them in the fryer. Then the girl who gave me my food was very rude and didn’t even say sorry for the wait. Then I get home and my biscuits are all raw!!! Everyone working tonight should get an extremely intense review by managing higher Then who was working tonight.

I have not been in a KFC since driving around Mississippi and Louisiana 25 years ago, where the roadside KFC’s were greasy and tasteless. Fast forward- my 93 year old mother in law was craving KFC and the Fairless Hills location was closest. My expectations were low, but the store surprised me! It was very clean, smelled fresh, and all the young men working, especially the one who took our order, were extremely polite and courteous! We got some boxed “3 piece meals” to go and everyone enjoyed them.

I was the first one there in the morning I was there at 10:20 they opened up at 10:30 I paid $9.50 for two piece chicken meal when the skin on the breast is like rubbed off and the chicken leg is as big as my first finger which is very small the biscuit machine wasn’t working so I got the best biscuit they had all this because I wanted to surprise my dad for a birthday lunch never again from KFC will I waste my money

Dirty need to be inspected and shut down period. I should of took pictures and exposed them on social media for being so nasty. The kitchen, bathrooms and dinning room is trifling.They need to hire someone just to clean because everybody who work there use to not cleaning. THE MANAGER ain’t the right fit. He should know this is food service. Why he not making sure the place is clean.

The food tastes REALLY good, but it’s best advised you eat in your car . The dining room floors are dirty, the chairs are sticky, and it’s so cold, that when I went to wash my hands, I couldn’t tell if my hands were dry or wet . Listen, I understand that a cold environment can compell people to eating warm foods, but this ? This is ridiculous . Please, if you’re going to eat here, just get it to go or order it on a delivery app
