Not a good drive thru experience yet again. The person at the drive thru gave the wrong order, stated they checked the order.I showed the reciept…waited 10 minutes, finally got the right order. Ionly go there because I can get K F C and Taco Bell. Another drive thru experience.

I’d give this a five but the Taco Bell side of this business was out of lettuce and didn’t say anything until well after my order was underway being made. Otherwise the place did the chicken and Mexicana food pretty well.

They ought to be ashamed of themselves. Worst experience ever. Got the order wrong twice then threw the order in the bag …why bother? It was everywhere. The biscuits were hard as a rock. I just don’t know anymore. It’s quite obvious the employees are getting paid for being incompetent. Safe to say we won’t be going back.

Norwich store, started out great. Nice girl, food was good, however, had we known we were eating at Chuck e cheese, we would have left. Everytime a customer made a donation with their order, everyone blows whistles! Constant whistles screeching away every 30 seconds. More than one customer asked to please stop, they continued in earnest. A simple thank you for your donation would be sufficient. Never would believe a peaceful lunch would sound like a basketball game. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

This place is busy quite often so expect a little bit of a wait for the food. The food taste really good for fast food. The tables are comfortable and spaced out properly. A little on the messy side somtimes but normally clean place. The service is always polite and a little friendly. I think it can be a little on the expensive side depending on what you get.

I went last week to make an order. Ticket #1038. I live several miles away and we had some guests at home, so we decided to bring food to our place. When we were eating, we realized 2 pices were missing, so 2 of us stay with no food and had to make a sandwich due to the missing food. I spoke to the manager, Melissa, but she minimized my issue and my complain. This is not fair, even when she offered to provide back the 2 pices of chicken. That was the only comment received. Today I went to pick up the pieces and the lady who gave them to me was rude. Seems they don’t like to give away what was missing the day before. Last time I will Buy from KFC, now on I will go to Popeyes.
