I hadn’t been there in literally 20 years, it was terrible, thought I’d give it another try, first of all 90% of the lights were out, we thought it was closed, mind you, this is inside the building, the gal behind the counter didn’t even realize it, 2 kids under the age of 5 sitting at a booth coloring obviously the employees kids/grandchildren, ordered a famous bowl 90% potatoes, 4 little chunks of chicken (I could’ve eaten them ALL on one bite) spoonful of corn and gravy, it was worse than before

Place was empty and staff was bent over the counter laying head on counter and greeted us by saying that they hadn’t had a customer in hours. Ordered 2 Chicken sandwiches and they were horrible!! Pretty sure they had been made hours earlier. Cold, tough and dry!! Never will I eat at this KFC again!!

Drive through mic doesn’t work, get waved up to the window. 20 minutes in, still waiting on food. Just had to go inside, there’s a lot of smoke. We’ll see how it tastes.

One piece of fried chicken was not done. The rest were good. Mashed potatoes were fairly dry. Coleslaw was really good. The chicken bowl had a burnt taste. As far as the lobby and dining room, the floor was very sticky.

I ordered a huge amount of chicken, sides and dessert (Bundt cakes) for about 20 people. Everything was done on time, hot and fresh, tasty and the cakes were the bomb. The manager took my order (I ordered ahead of time), helped pack it up and even carried it to the car. Oh, and did I mention the place was spotless! Definitely an improvement over previous management. Well done Bartonville, IL KFC!

Restaurant was disgusting. I wanted to go to the bathroom before ordering. As soon as I opened the bathroom door, there was no way I was walking in there. I don’t think the bathroom had been cleaned in at least 3 months.

Twice the price then What was advertised on their online menu and specials! It was priced at $6.39 and when I got there I had to pay $11.98 For Very DRY and I didn’t even get a drink they also left out the honey and butter and there was no silverware!
