It’s been a couple years since I have visited this restaurant and I noticed that they were doing remodeling over the last month. I stopped in this morning and was greeted when I came in. Blue and I sat down at a corner table and were served very quickly. The restaurant seemed very well kept and was very clean! The coffee was delicious, as usual and once my meal arrived, it was delicious as well! I really like the way they redid the restaurant and I’m definitely coming back here for more delicious breakfast food!

Half cooked food and cold waffle and toast. Hashbrowns half cooked. Server saw me push away both with unmelted butter and then wanted to charge me for uneaten food which she saw was cold and didn’t ask was my food okay. Stay away. There are other on every exit in this area.

Waited for my waffle and got home and their wasn’t any waffle and my order was missing cheese and other stuff that was paid for. And theirs no way to contact the store to tell them makes no sense. I did a online order bit cant contact anyone to tell them the mistake I have to leave a review.

You definitely get different quality of customer service and great work ethic depending who is working. I work for Duke and come in to get my breakfast on way to work. I normally deal with a male on nights leaving in am or an older lady but this morning I met a younger woman and she didn’t have the best report to be representing the company. I guess I’ll drive by and see who there my order was made incorrect by short lady with dreads and the workers was whispering when I stated how it should be. Then instead of fixing it the put missing items on side like I didn’t pay for it to be on sandwich. Definitely not worth dealing with upon starting your day.

Whoever they got cooking there now needs some lessons. I have been there twice and asked for extra crispy hashbrowns, and they just can’t get it right. The onions are also crunchy and not cooked thoroughly!

We’ve had dinner/breakfast here the last two nights and hands down great service, teamwork, food, atmosphere and speed. The evening team they have most times when we visit Kat, Jayda, Matt, Amanda, and Dee work together helping each other no matter what the task and treats customers like family.
