Family and I stopped by this place for lunch. Food was really good and FRESH! Which when dealing with raw fish, you for sure want fresh. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Not to mention, they were very willing to explain things to my 12 y/o who was ordering for themselves. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant, if I’m honest, was pretty boring. Not much for decorations, basic white walls, made it feel more like a cafeteria than a fun little poke bowl place. Overall I would highly recommend this place AND I will be stopping by again!

I just left from this place. The staff is rude, unaware of the products that are not available. Her excuse is that she just came back today. Instead of apologizing, she insisted her reasoning. The customers don’t have to know if you were off the previous days. As a staff, you must be knowledgeable enough of what it is that you can offer and u can’t. When her colleague was trying to refund me, since she has an attitude that wants to argue with customers, she left the other customer to tell me that I have already been refunded. Her co-worker replied that she hasn’t yet, which is obviously not because this staff who claimed had been with this store for a while now, interrupted her colleague. Poor customer service. I felt bad for the owner, who is really friendly and polite. Hiring such kind of staff with NO WORK ETHICS, ARGUMENTATIVE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE will ruin the company’s good reputation.

Great place for a healthier “fast food” I got in fast and got my order. The food tastes fresh and taste great. It is a lot more pricey than other quick bite places but I am willing to pay a little extra since I do enjoy sushi and sushi-like foods.

This was my first time ever having a poke bowl. I tried the creamy shrimp on white rice with avocado, cucumbers, sesame sauce and onion crisps. I found the bowl to be flavorful. I was very pleased with the food but seafood was still not my favourite since I have a light stomach. Any it was good trying though.

My second time having poke since the start of the pandemic. Inside was very clean. The service was quick; good customer service. I got a medium bowl with sushi rice and 3 scoops of fish. All toppings come with the bowl except seaweed and crab meat are extra charge if you want more.

The large bowl is definitely enough for an average adult. The poke here is amazing, fresh and they offer a good variety of food. I like to finish my bowl there since it’s always fresh when you eat right away. I don’t like other place try to press too much food in my bowl then I couldn’t finish and have to bring leftovers back just because i don’t like the waste. The bowl won’t be as good and fresh when you bring back since rice will be hard by that time.

I definitely enjoyed this place! It was my first time having a poke bowl, and it was delicious, fresh, and zesty along with tasty. The owner just so happened to help me out, and I am always an indecisive person, but the owner was completely patient and offered me wonderful suggestions. I am definitely going to return. The restaurant itself was kept very clean. And I overheard the workers making sure that they we’re keeping everything tidy, neat, and clean.

Came in this afternoon and the whole experience was great. The staff working were super attentive and kind. While they had limited fish available today- my dish was delicious. Look forward to coming back and hope to keep seeing smiling faces behind the counter.
