OK, I am not sure, but I am willing to say because of my earlier experience with KFC, this is chicken, 100% chicken, but this isn’t 100% Kentucky Fried Chicken, no wings about it… not even close, the texture of the skin and the flavor of the seasons in the flower after being cooked , was just [NOT] there period.

Order 8 pcs take out, when I got home only to find out the chicken was extremely dry. Call and ask for the manager. The phone somehow got disconnected, call back several times with no answer. A friend use their phone and they answer them. Made a complaint and was told to bring it back. The manager only replace the order with no compensation for my drive and time wasted. Very disappointing!

I absolutely love this location. Not only is the service fast and food fresh but, the customer service is excellent. Drive thru staff is always rude and they never have food ready, last visit they pulled me up for 40 minutes to wait on popcorn chicken then the lady takes it to another car and that person ended up coming to ask if it was my food I took it back to the window to tell them and the lady was really rude asking what was the problem, like mam the food the other customer brought me they had opened all up and threw it back In the bag who would want that after waiting that long, they tried to pull me up said it would be another40 minutes to remake my order and then gave me a attitude when I asked if I could just get a refund because I wasn’t going to wait another 40 minutes again, don’t waste your time with this restaurant.
