This is so ridiculous and they need to shut down the McDonald’s in Luverne MN. They didn’t not listen to my dad’s order. My dad ordered two number 7’s and they gave my dad two McDouble. They gave my dad no receipt. They were very rude to my dad. When my dad confront the person who gave him the bag. But when my dad told him that it was the wrong order. The coworker ran inside the building hiding from him. And they gave him the wrong drink too. The food they gave him didn’t even look appetizing to eat. Thank you McDonald’s in Luverne for losing my appetite and the respect I have for you. I will never come back here ever again. I recommend going to Brandon or Sioux Falls if you are going to get McDonald’s.

I ordered a sandwich and a beverage. The person working the food window stood and chewed her fingernails as she waited for the food. When she came to the window I pointed out what I had observed. She did not apologize or did she wash her hands. She continued to handle food. I called the restaurant immediately after leaving. She answered the phone. I asked who her supervisor. She refused to tell me and hung up on me. DO NOT EAT AT THIS FACILITY!

We had an awesome experience at this McDonald’s. The service was incredible. We had the kindest and happiest cashier, once we were seated the general manager asked us if everything was good with our food as well as offered to bring us water. Our food was good. The environment was clean! The staff seemed happy and helpful!

Worst experience at any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I asked for extra crispy fries. I got no response so I asked if she heard me and got a rude “um yes”. When I went to pay the same girl had an attitude. And then when I got to the next window to pick up my food. I checked the fries and they were soggy. I could tell they were fries that had been sitting in the basket pre made. And when I asked if they were extra crispy, I got another rude response from the other girl. Worst customer service I’ve ever had! Soggy fries and mediocre burger! Will not be going back to this location!

We ordered from the mobile app and the food was delivered to our table. Food was chain quality. The parking lot was a little awkward as they had certain paths blocked off. It was a decent quick stop on a long road trip.

Went through drive through and had to wait over 40 min to get my order. On top of that they did it wrong. Was to hungry to have them correct it. They need to improve their staff. Also, this is a trend in most fast food places. So be patient and flexible or don’t buy at these places expecting perfection.

We ordered a few meals, a mccrispy, and some desserts. The service was great and no complaints with any of the food besides the McCrispy. I ordered it without pickles and to add bacon and ranch. It came without the pickles, but it said special request on the ticket along with no pickles. I’m assuming the correct order wasn’t relayed onto the line and it ended up coming out with Mac sauce. I didn’t want to eat the sandwich, but was to far back on the road to turn back around unfortunately.
