They need a better process in getting customers out in a timely manner. Online orders need to be processed in the back where there is a full setup to make sandwiches. I am a regular at this location. The wait time is always at least 20 minutes. I eat lunch and dinner here.

Jersey Mike’s you had a “bread bad day VERY BAD.” THIS BREAD WAS DEFINITELY NOT THE USUAL WHITE BREAD. THIS BREAD WAS LIKE EATING A PRETZEL TURKEY AND PROVOLONE. DISGUSTING!!!!

The place is clean, but they didn’t have any paper towels in the restroom, which was really needed because of the amount of oil on my sandwich. It was soaked. They give you a lot of meat, which explains the prices.

My favorite sandwhich shop. Sandwiches are always full and fresh however I just wish when I tell them to toast my bread for longer that they actually toast my bread. The elder white lady never writes it down or tells the cook so I know it’s not the cooks fault. I understand if there was a huge line but most of the time I ordered it wasn’t much of a line

Subway WHO?! Jersey Mike’s Subs taste better! They give you more meat but they introduce less condiments than Subway. So in other words Jersey Mike’s has less vegetables to put on your sandwich then Subway. But who cares? GIVE ME THE MEAT! 🙂

Jersey Mike’s is my all-time favorite sub place…but this location doesn’t help that reputation. No matter what, the service is slow. Long line, short line or even ordering through the app…plan a LONG wait. Employees seem to not only not enjoy their job, they do t enjoy each other either. I’m hopeful things will improve as it’s the only Jersey Mike’s in the East Memphis area.

We love Jersey Mike’s, but this location was way below expectations compared to the other two we frequent, Olive Branch and Stage Rd. Our subs were nothing like the others we have gotten. The bread was extremely dry along with roast beef and the sub was just sloppy. Staff seemed very disorganized and the counters were a mess. The other Jersey Mike’s clean the counter after each order, here it looked as though it hadn’t been wiped off since the start of the day, ingredients were just all over. Not sure if I’ll give this location another try or or not. The whole experience was terrible.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but to the owner/manager: You HAVE to do something about the slow service. I keep trying to see if it gets better, and it doesn’t. I came in after 1:00 and there were only four people ahead of me. It still took over 20 minutes to get a cold sub.
