This is not your typical cheerful experience. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size drink on the app, I inquired about it at the window and was argued with by their staff. I did not leave satisfied with paying nearly $3 for a small tea. I enjoy coming to most chick-Fil-a but this is one I’ll steer clear of and just go to greenfield or HTC.

I DoorDashed some breakfast this morning. My iced coffee wasn’t even full. Like how can you serve something to a customer like that?! Especially when you’re so high priced to begin with. Then I asked for sauces when I placed the order…they were on the receipt but not in my bag and the hash browns were cold as heck. I knew putting a location on the Eastside wasnt a good idea. This is the only location that I get service like this.

$4.79 worth of parfait… hash browns hardly filled the box… I find myself asking why I come here every time this location A) forgets an item or B) hardly fills the packaging with the food ordered. Inflation aside, I looked at this parfait and thought I could have gotten a better value at McDonalds for the amount spent… it’s not like the quality is any better.

Love the food but this location did not do well with speed of service. Order was placed online and I still waited inside over 20 min to get my food. A worker told me that there was confusion because I came in rather than going through drive up, but the girl I checked in with saw when the order was placed and that they were working on it, then she went on break ☹️

I have been to this location multiple times and have been disappointed every single time. The service is terrible, the order is never right, and it’s under portioned when it is. I ordered a medium Mac n cheese a month ago and got an amount that is equivalent to a small… in a medium cup… for the price of a medium. Tonight I ordered a medium fry and the container was half full and my sandwich had no pickles

It’s Chick-fil-A! If you love Chick-fil-A food you’ll love the food at this location. The customer service here is more than adequate. it’s not the over-the-top politeness you’ll get at a Chick-fil-A on the north side of Indy or in Carmel but the staff is friendly gets the job done and gives me the impression that they care about my order. Remember Chick-fil-A is not open on Sunday. Smiles.

I have lost literal years from my life waiting in line at this restaurant. I don’t understand how they are not faster at having orders completed. And the set up with two lanes makes my head hurt. The positive thing is the poor young person running from vehicle to vehicle was very nice. Give him a raise and take it from the salary of whoever decided the drive thru set up was a good idea. They didn’t get the order right but the food was hot. I guess I should be thankful for that.

Everyone knows that the drive thru at Chick-Fil-A takes a while but at this location they had me pull up after serving the cars behind me, had 2 other cars pull up after me, and then proceeded to serve both of those cars before me. I waited 30 minutes for a salad that I had to pay for when I ordered it. The chicken was cold and my drink had no ice in it because it had but melted from the time it spent sitting there. This is the most ridiculous customer service I have ever experienced and would suggest everyone go out of their way to avoid this location.
