I order delivery from here frequently via their app. Will not be doing so anymore. 2 times in a row now they don’t include my drink. They don’t double check orders before sending it out. Quality assurance is not important to them I suppose Chipotle customer service is useless, they just give you a code to order a free drink for your next order. No point in doing so because this location won’t include it with your order anyways! Chipotle customer service also tells you their management for this location is “too busy” to contact you about your issue.

My partner and I came into the restaurant, he ordered a rice bowl with chicken. The person at that station informed us there was no chicken, that it was being diced and seasoned. He asked how long would it take, the woman yelled back to the man preparing the chicken, asking how long – which he gave us a dirty look and didn’t respond. The woman proceeded to tell us “i don’t know, it’s going to take however long it takes.” So we switched the protein for steak.

Lunch time and a 20 minute wait for chicken Al pastor. I’m not complaining about the wait but the server is giving me an attitude because I asked for it and said I would wait. Like really??!! How you mad? I should be mad when you’re not prepared for the lunch time rush.

Food was just ok. Waited a while on line. It seemed like all the workers were in the kitchen and there was nobody taking care of the customers. On the other hand the staff nice. Another negative was cleanliness. The tables and the floor were dirty!!!

Flies all in the business! I did an order and pickup for someone. The quesedilla had to be done online,so I sat at a table and did it. I got it within 10 min. It was cold in there and the tables were dirty. I wouldn’t eat the because I got food poisoning at the Loop location, and corporate didn’t take any responsibility for it despite my hospital bills. They allowed pets in there, and sanitary practices weren’t being followed at the Loop location.

The last time I ordered from this location the drive thru lane had only 1 car in front of me but I still waiting over 20 minutes, when I finally got my order they added little to no meat and it was also cold. I didn’t want to be rude and ask them to remake it so I just took my food and left. Today I ordered a bowl with 3 salsas, steak, rice, beans and sour cream but it was mostly rice, beans and very dry, again little to no meat.

I was back today at this location after 5 or 6 months since I stop coming for different reasons like hard rice,bad lettuce, wrong order,ect. today I decided that I’m done since portions are smaller and if u want more u have to pay extra?$3.something more almost $4 ridiculous like I already paid almost $9 and so u want to charge me almost $4 for an extra spoon of chicken? I love Chipotle but not that much at the beginning we use to come by 2 or 3 times a week then they started messing up and it went down to once a week to none today I decided to give them another chance but got disappointed
