Raising Canes has chicken figured out! Always consistent and forever delicious. The Texas toast is fire. Any Cane’s meal isn’t complete without Cane’s sauce…. it’s addictive. The customer service here is great. However, if you have a large order or even a catering order… double check your items. We’ve had to turn around and go back on 2 different occasions to get what they forgot to put in our bags.

This establishment caught my eye on my drive in to work at my new Towson location. I had never heard or seen the name before so I was intrigued and I walked over during my lunch hour.

Atmosphere was nice, vibrant and clean. Service was great but food wasn’t all that. The chicken was tasteless and dry. The sauce was mediocre but the garlic toast was nice.

This place was super hyped, so I went the first week it opened. They were quite organized and it took us about 30 minutes to get through the line. To my surprise, there was plenty of seating. The wait from our food wasn’t bad and I ordered the box combo, replacing the coleslaw with extra Cane’s sauce. I personally didn’t care for the Cane’s sauce and am going to opt for honey mustard next time (which isn’t advertised, but they do have it.) The sauce made me think of ranch dressing, which I’m not a huge fan of. No complaints on the chicken; it was hot, crispy and fresh, though it isn’t really seasoned. The toast was good, but nothing to write home about. The fries were a surprising favorite — they really probably the second best crinkle fries I’ve had after Shake Shack’s. I am sure I will be getting Cane’s again when it’s a little less crowded, though I will probably bring it home and eat it with Chick-fil-A sauce. A word on parking: Don’t park in the Whole Foods garage unless you buy something from Whole Foods – the parking will cost you $15 for an hour otherwise. The other side of the building has “Raising Cane’s validated parking” which another reviewer kindly photographed, but then said the restaurant did not acknowledge its existence and therefore could not get validation. As a result, a lot of people are just selfishly parking their cars on the side of the road with their blinkers on and disrupting the traffic, so hopefully Cane’s will be a little more transparent on the parking situation in the future.

Quick, friendly, and welcoming service people for takeout. Pricey for 3 tenders and fries. Wanted to try the Maryland location since my previous experience had been in Mississippi, which was magnificent.

The food was good. Only thing was fries were a lil bit salty and tenders were def tender but little to no seasoning. It’s probably how they do it but it’s new to me. The service was quick and friendly. Came in took my order and got my order quicker than imagined. Ambiance was great. Nothing to discuss juste great. Also for all the ppl reviewing saying not worth the wait in line and all that, if u can’t be patient that’s your problem. It’s going to be busy anyways. It’s about the food and service not your life and yet you still waited to buy it.

Came here for the first time while in the area with family. I thought I loved chicken before, but thanks to this experience I now know a love for chicken I didn’t know was possible. My husband and I both got the 3 piece box with lemonades. The breading was impeccably seasoned and the chicken was just the juiciest, happiest pieces of heaven I have been fortunate enough to encounter. The fries, the bread, the coleslaw, lemonade, and the Canes Sauce are all extremely well taken care of as well and should be consumed with just as much love. The whole place was cleaned immaculately and the staff was so extremely friendly and even asked us how everything was! I was literally dancing in my seat eating and smiling with how happy this place made me. I hope one opens by us in New Jersey or to be back here one day for some more smiles and chicken

I don’t know what all the fuss was about. I looked forward to going to Five Guys and Chic fil A again and again. Not the case with Raising Cane’s. The chicken is lightly seasoned and not dry. The sauce wasn’t anything special. McDonald’s Big Mac sauce tastes better. I went with my wife a d son. He was the reason we went. The sides were good. They included crinkle cut fries, cole slaw, and Texas toast. The lemonade was just okay. I wish them well but I won’t be going back.

Great restaurant! I LOVE the taste of the chicken, and it goes REALLY well with the Cane’s sauce. The fries are great too, although I think they go better with the ketchup, they still go really well with the Cane’s sauce. The fries aren’t super crispy, although they’re still great for what they are and are still to my liking. The Texas Toast was really good and somewhat crispy at the bottom, which I am a fan of. The cane’s sauce is decent, it has a peppery flavor to it which I like. The service is generally on point, which is quite surprising given that this restaurant is pretty popular at times. I’ve found the place can get pretty busy around dinner time, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, which can make finding a seat a bit harder, but if you avoid going during the busiest times, you should be fine.
