Ordered from here on uber eats, received the order half open with the tofu falling out of the box due to the poor tin foil wrapped food. Why was it even wrapped in tin foil when the box cover was in the tin foil, under the box itself??? Gross and unsanitary.

Fire Wok and it’s staff, especially Anson, have been a wonderful addition to the Potomac village. I come from a customer service background myself, and almost every week and even sometimes twice a week I come back not just for the delicious food and drink but for the people! The interior decoration is stunning and really transports and prepares you for really good Chinese food (which is hard to find in the area). Personally being very familiar and growing up with authentic Chinese food myself, my family and I love it! Orders come out in a timely manner, and the boba tea is always a must!!!

I am one who is always buying from small business especially during these hard time. I have to say that each time I walk to this place, no one greets you but they just stare at you and speak Asian among themselves. They really need to learn about how to greet customers because you don’t feel welcomed. Their food is ok but not something special.

Would give zero stars.1st time customer. Ordered take out. Messed up entire order. Wrong soup (got Tom yum instead of Tom kha). Avocado rolls were literally not rolled – all the rice /seaweed was separated from the avocado-completely. Just random ingredients floating in the box. And to top it off – the avocado was awful. Should have been thrown away. Not sold.

I went in to place a order everything was going fine the lady was very nice waited approximately what they told me. Received my food and wasn’t thinking much of it have gotten there dumplings and sushi before and have been pretty good. But this time I ordered the Tom yum soup one of my favorite Asian dishes. Got home opened it up and some how after just ordering was already luke warm. The broth was not like how I’ve had before almost tasting more similar to chicken stock. But could almost get over it then I tasted the chicken it had a gummy consistency was ridiculously soft and tasted like the soup and been frozen and thawed out. I couldn’t even finish it and when I tried to call and complain I tried them for 20 min with no answer. I know the phone works they were making calls and taking them while I was there. My phone ringed out every single time I’m quite disappointed in the quality food I was given as well as the disregard for my phone call’s.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would… I ordered sushi from this place for Mother’s Day through Uber eats and they sent the wrong sushi , which was for my wife. I called and asked if they could resend the correct sushi that I ordered. Instead of apologizing the girl on the phone decided to argue with me saying that I was mistaken. In order for her to believe me she made me take a photo and text it to her, which I did. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And bad taste! Then after she took a while to determine I was correct, she then says she can’t help us because we ordered through Uber eats.
