Not sure of her name. Hispanic girl in here early 20s working Sunday late morning shift! RUDE RUDE RUDE! Asked for a Charlie. Made special request. It wasn’t prepared properly. Went inside to ask for it to be fixed. After all I am a loyal paying customer. Well apparently this employee doesn’t value that! Basically reprimanded for making such a nice request. Simply asked for Splenda. I know what I would do if she was my employee treating a customer like that. Disgusted in the service and I will not be back!

You guys as owners should make sure you have donuts for until the time you close, how come you only bake in the morning out about the people that get out of work at 3. Just the best Dunkin (Tradition, FL) I’ve been to and I’ve been to a LOT of them. My order is ALWAYS right and ready when I get there. My cappuccino is always consistent which is awesome. (My former regular store the cap was always different sometimes good sometimes not good and sometimes awful!)
