Nice and welcoming place to grab a quick lunch. The staff is friendly and they have a good variety of ingredients. Prices are good too. This is not a 5 star review because some of their fish aren’t fresh. Maybe this is because I only go in the afternoon and that is what is left, but definitely not the best raw fish I’ve had.

Coming to this restaurant was a nice refresher of the usual fast food joints. I’ve had poke bowls before, but this fusion of Hawaiian and Latin cuisines was different in a good way. The restaurant itself was nice and clean and the staff was friendly enough. I ordered the Surf Candy, the Coasted Toconuts and the spam musubi. Be aware this is raw seafood we are talking about here. The fish tasted fresh and the accompanying ingredients also were good. The musubi was better than Hawaiian Bros musubis. They even have branded disposable chopsticks. I thought that was a nice touch. I knocked off one star because I found two hairs in one of the bowls. Most likely by accident. I will most likely return to Po K Loco.

I went here a lot when I was a student and make sure to visit when I’m in Denton. I have multiple dietary restrictions and have never gotten sick here. The staff is always nice. The ice cream macaron sandwiches are great too, a bit expensive (their prices aren’t set by the restaurant to my understanding) but worth it.

I’ve had better poke but honestly this is not bad for Denton. Right on fry street, super close to campus, and a lot more choices than I expected. Vegan friendly as well. Very small and clean space. Friendly staff too.

This place was fantastic! Diverse and unique flavors, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. High quality food and run by the same guys that operate Komodo Loco. My only suggestion would be to provide some additional descriptions of some of the less known herbs/spices/etc for newbies like myself. I’ll definitely come back so I can try some of the other bowls. Highly recommended!

I normally doordash from here but I recently went inside. The restaurant is super cute and has a very inviting atmosphere! Of course the food was amazing and tastes even better in-store than delivered haha. Definitely my #1 poke spot in Denton 🙂

Probably one of the best vegan friendly restaurants there is in denton. Healthy choices all around and super creative. It actually all tastes pretty good. A liiiitle bit on the priceier side. But if youre looking for something new to try, this is the place.

This place has the best poke I’ve found in Denton or surrounding areas so far. I love their enoki & they give a good amount of fish (I order salmon every time). They are only doing take out right now, but that’s fine with me because then I can add some more of my own ingredients at home! Very friendly staff every time I go.
