Made reservations for dinner. That was easy. Was greeted promptly and seated. The handmade bread was so good. The butter melted right into it as we spread it across. Started off with the lamb lollipops was great. We both opted for salads my wife had the tomato salad and I chose the broiled Parmesan cheese Caesar salad. We both decided on the 8oz fillet. My wife added the blue cheese topping and I went with the Oscar style with lump king crab leg meat. The Oscar style was as much as the fillet but look at that picture!!! Let me tell you my fillet with Oscar style was amazing. The fillet was cooked evenly all the way through. A nice crispy outside and melt in your mouth inside. Our sides were the Mac and cheese and the Sweet Corn Gratin with roasted jalapeño, tajín. I love some Mac and cheese but the sweet corn gratin was winning this race. They were both so good. We were stuffed and couldn’t possibly eat any dessert.

I do not leave many reviews, but the Hemingway was amazing! We made a reservation so we were seated as soon as we came in. Super friendly waitress and staff. The food was perfect! I usually go for filet, but tried their dry aged NY strip and was blown away. Hands down one of the best steaks I have ever had. The sweet corn gratin alone has me wanting to come back and it hasn’t even been a day! Atmosphere, staff, food, drinks, etc all deserve 5+ stars.

As a single person when I usually go out to eat; either i feel uncomfortable being in a upscale place due to its more suited for a couple or a group or treated oddly because I’m alone. NOT THIS PLACE! The ambience suited for intimate or private occasion still allows for someone to come enjoy themselves no matter the occasion. I had no reservation and did a walk in with plans on sitting in the bar. There was just a small wait and quickly found a seat at the bar. (Will say if you have to do any waiting there is no waiting area, so you are asked kindly to wait outside or at the upstairs bar and then will text you when its your time.) The whole place is phenomenally gorgeous including the bar. The drinks were fantastic, the food delicious and the service impeccable. This is one of those gems that I would find in a major metropolitan city like New York. Has a elegant speakeasy feel to the whole place. All the major points are covered wonderfully but as I say the devil is in the details and thats where this place stands out. The wonderful coasters and leather placemats at the bar, the unique elegant silverware and even the matchbooks that have their logo on them. Their simple yet elegant menus are simple yet outstanding. You can tell a lot of attention was made into the creation of this place and it shows! Food wise; I had planned on getting a steak but when I heard of their pasta feature then I quickly switched. I started with their Caesar gratine which is their Caesar which is passed under a broiler briefly. Will say that gave it a unique flavor that was delicious. The pasta puttanesca was fabulous. I make a mean one and this rivaled mine but they added mussels to it which was superb. Finished the dinner off with their pot du creme which was delicious as well. Their drinks were wonderfully made. The beverage director Scott Phillips was expertly handling those drinks all the while looking very sharp in his suit. As i finished up the evening the manager Michael Hines came by to check on things which was a nice touch. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Visited this steakhouse and was immediately charmed by its well-lit ambiance that resonated with a tasteful British flair. The culinary offerings were delightful across the board, with standout mentions going to the corn and Brussels sprouts. While I’ve never been an onion soup aficionado, their version is a game-changer. And to top it all off, the exemplary service was the proverbial icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

This place is obviously great, but I would like to send a big thank you to the manager. We walked in without a reservation and wanted to sit at the bar. The bar was full, so the manager offered us a table. He also informed us that bar seats would open up within the hour. We decided to go somewhere else so we could sit at a bar. The manager recommended Sidecar which was close by. We proceeded to go there and have a drink. Before we finished our first drink, the manager from Hemingway came over to the bar we were at and informed us that he now had two seats available at the bar and he had reserved them for us. We went back and had great food and cocktails. This is the kind of manager that makes everyone around him better and takes care of his customers. This was my first time visiting and I will be back soon. Thanks again for a great experience!

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here. The service was top notch throughout. The food was some of the best I’ve ever had and the wine was superb. I will be recommending this place to my friends and I will be coming back for sure!

The atmosphere is beautiful and the food was delicious, besides the steak. I ordered an 8 Oz filet with lobster tail. The tail was so chewy, I had to spit it out and the steak just wasn’t seasoned enough and was tough in spots. We also were never offered bread, which other tables had around us. We didn’t notice until we had our meal so it was a little too late for us. We will be back, but we will not be ordering steak.
