I love Chipotle. It’s delicious. This location though, damn. They got 4 of my last 5 orders wrong. Every time I call their customer service and get a free entree that I have to order somewhere else so it’s right. Too bad. Definitely not ordering here again.

Avoid this chipotle! They are consistently out of the most common ingredients and as a result provide small portions. On my visit today they were out of white rice and chicken, likely the two most common ingredients. I was told twice to wait while they made more. Once more ingredients were ready, they utilized them all to make 10+ online orders before addressing anyone in line. I waited in the location for approximately 30 minutes before going to a competitor. The staff informed me that online orders are higher priority than those waiting in line. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. The service and quality at Dos Toros in Brookfield place is far superior.

This has got to be the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. The way they treat their clients is truly unbelievable. The portions given to costumers are so small, you literally feel like you’re being robbed right in front of your eyes. Don’t bother asking if they could give you a little more! They’ll only give you attitude!!! Which is how they greet you (with attitude)! They will smirk in your face, make faces and speak to you in a condescending manner. I won’t be surprised management has something to do with it all. Tiny food portions and attitude. Way to make business!!!! Don’t bother coming to this Chipotle. The Chipotle on Broadway in Manhattan is wayyyyy better! Believe me. It’s like night and day.

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered 4 burritos – 1 chicken and 3 vegetarian and asked them to mark the chicken one on the foil. My father started eating the burrito marked vegetarian and it turned out to be the chicken one. When I went to complain about it, one of the staff members was smirking. Their attitude was horrible – the manager was interested more in protecting the staff than realizing the grave mistake Chipotle made in the order. My father has been vegetarian all his life but the staff couldn’t care less about that they had done. Never going back to Chipotle again.

I stopped in after work around 7:30 pm on a Thursday. They were out of: fajita vegetables, steak, cheese, and chips with no plans of making more, yet they close at 10pm. I wish we had some decent fast casual options in BPC.

This Place has bad customer service rude workers I ordered 2 bowls when it was time to make the second bowl The person on the line looked very upset and got rude and gave attitude and when I asked for chips they said they were out of chips but they were on the side and I said never mind and then when I was walking out I heard them laughing about it. Young lady with braces was extremeley rude. I asked for more rice i would have gladly paid for. Request denied. No peppers and onions available. Then when i asked for a double portion half chicken half beef. She gave me two half spoonfuls of meat. Then forced me to pay four times the amount in order to get the normal amount i ask for. Needs an adult that cares at this location. They were more worried about going home. And cutting corners. I have my food handlers. Ive done these jobs this place was horrible on my last visit. Ive been here mutliple times. Will try the other one in the same area.
