My husband and I ordered two medium pizzas on 8/23 through the online ordering portal. The portal was difficult to navigate once it got to the method of payment. Once we figured that out, our pizza was suppose to be ready for pick up at 6:30pm. We arrived at 6:30pm for pick up, and the pizzas had not been started. They put the pizzas together once we got there so we didn’t end up leaving until 7pm. The service was terrible and the workers didn’t seem to care. They certainly had no sense of urgency. There was at least 3 other customers there at the same time as us experiencing the same issues. Once we got home to try the pizza, it wasn’t that good. Certainly not worth the price we paid for it.

Absolutely fantastic food. My girlfriend and I just moved to Post Falls and we were very excited to finally to be close to a River City Pizza. Very friendly staff and clean environment. We’re definitely going to be regulars here! If you haven’t tried this place yet you NEED to give them a try. Well worth it. Thank you again River City!

We ordered 3 pizzas (1. Margherita pizza 2. Philly pizza 3. Pepperoni pizza) We also ordered 1 lb of boneless bbq wings, cinnamon bread and garlic bread. ALL of it was delicious!! It is a bit pricey but the staff was friendly and our food was hot and ready when we got there to pick it up. We will definitely be back for more!

I was excited to try this place and I put an order in online which is an incredibly difficult/cumbersome process but I got through it and it said that my order would be ready at 6 o’clock tonight, 34 minutes after I placed it. When I got to the restaurant at 6 o’clock, I was told that they hadn’t yet started my order and it would be another 20 minutes. I thought about killing twenty minutes but no one was apologetic nor seemed to care and their credibility was zero. Accordingly, I said I wanted to cancel my order. A young woman came up and worked the register with me as I don’t think the other employees knew how to process a refund. She had pizza dough in her right hand while she worked the register with her left hand. While impressive, not sanitary and gross. And just another reason that I’m not coming back. You could have had a second chance with me but not when you act like it’s no big deal.
