Horrible. Placed an order last night at 645pm through the website and never recieved it. I paid for delivery, I got a text that door dash would be delivery and even tip on my card. Never came. I finally see that chili’s charged my card for the order, called them, and they had it sitting there. I finally was able to go get it at 9pm!. It was obviously cold and had been sitting there for about 2 hours. It didn’t even taste good after I reheated it. Horrible flavor and texture of the wings, I would never order again. They don’t even have a number to call to speak to someone, every number I found did not work or even connect.

Absolutely disgusting because there was a bug in the wings that I ordered from doordash, on top of that they gave little sauce and gave zero ranch dressing eventhough I requested extra ranch dressing.

It’s just wings – it’s just Chili’s . Order pick-up from doordash, have trouble finding the place because you didn’t know it was Chili’s . Arrive to pick up, and ask for some napkins and utensils. Chili’s refuses to provide them. I would have ordered from Chili’s if I wanted their wings.
