I’ve been to this place several times in the past and enjoyed the food. Service was okay, but hey, good food. However, it seems they don’t want to serve me anymore. Walked in as they were in business hours and the open sign was on, asked to place a to-go order as I’d done in the past, and was told “We don’t have anything.” Observing the spread they had in front of both of us, I repeated what they said to confirm. I don’t know why they didn’t want to serve me. But I’m bummed that I won’t be able to enjoy their food anymore.

The poke bowls are pretty good out of the options near here- glad they have a custom bowl option! The kitchen food is ok. The service is terrible. They have one person in their kitchen and a 15 minute eta pick up order took almost an hour! I arrived at 15 minutes and not one kitchen item (I only ordered 3) was ready. The girl at the counter said “not ready, you just ordered” which was not true- I ordered 15 mins ago. The girl from the kitchen came out to bring other cooked food for another order and I asked how long and she said “I cook each fresh, I start now” 40 mins later, I got the fried rice, chicken platter and spring rolls. Anytime I asked for an update, the staff were very rude and clueless- zero customer service. They do not care. If you want a poke bowl- try it. Otherwise, do not bother. The kitchen food was subpar flavor and not worth the frustration, wait, or money.
