I just went and got a 13 piece mix with sides and this is what all my chicken breast look like. They cut one half off and then take and split the remaining half of the breast so it will fluff up and look like a whole breast. That one big strip us all that was on a breast. It took them forever I called it in and it still wasn’t ready when I got there. Had to wait 11 more minutes.

This was the second time I’ve been thru the drive thru in 2 weeks and evidently the Dequincy location doesn’t want to give spicy tenders to those who order them!!!! Very disappointing when you drive 10 miles for supper and it’s wrong!!!

I went here last night and ordered an 8 piece all dark mild with red beans and rice. We live about 20 minutes from the store. When we got home, we had 3 dark pieces of chicken and some other stuff they just through in the box. This used to be the best store in SWLA, but now is just like the rest. “It doesn’t matter what you order we’ll give you what we want and you have no choice” attuited! 23.00 for 3 pieces of chicken that we ordered….SAD SAD SAD!!!

I was passing through Dequincy Louisiana and decided to just try my luck with this Popeyes as I do not eat much fried chicken. Becca took my order and was very polite. I get to the window and an associate named Kate exchanged my card for the 2 drinks and food I ordered. I chatted abit, just to make small talk, and was so very pleased with the speed and courtesy of the employees.
