This Sonic location has been going downhill for awhile now. A few months ago, I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes waiting to order. Only one car in front of me. I eventually left. I decided to try again a few weeks later. This time they got the order completely wrong, and forgot to include straws. Finally decided to give them ANOTHER chance a few days ago. I pulled into one of the stalls and pushed the button to order, and a girl mumbled under her breath that she would be with me in a moment. 10 minutes later, she still hadn’t taken my order. I pushed the button again and she mumbled “one more moment”. It had already been 10 minutes. Then another customer pulled in beside me and tells them she needs help reading the menu. They came right out and took her order, completely ignoring the fact that I was here first and had already been waiting about 15 minutes at this point. I rolled down the window and politely asked the guy who came out to help if there was something wrong with my speaker because my order still hadn’t been taken. He said they were just really busy. So I waited AGAIN. 27 minutes passed, and my order still hadn’t been taken, so I finally gave up and decided to leave. Other customers were also leaving because of the same issue. As I was pulling out, I see the girl taking orders bringing a meal out to someone – and she was wearing pajama pants! A t-shirt, messy hair, and pajama pants! How professional is that? Now I see why she was in no hurry to take my order. She looked like she could care less about her job and had just climbed out of bed. I’m not sure what is going on here, but I won’t be coming back. I have always loved Sonic, but this location needs to get it together. Super unprofessional.

I was excited to see a Sonic after I moved to the area. My first experience was bad and I don’t believe I’ll return. I waited 30 minutes for a burger and corn dog. The corn dog was hot but the burger was cold. The person at the window wasn’t wearing a uniform. Just jeans and an anime t shirt. The staff was yelling and cussing at each other the entire time. I’ve never experience anything quite like this at a fast food place or restaurant . Please do something about who ever is managing this store. It doesn’t represent the sonic brand.

Absolute cold garbage. I love Sonic and my experience yesterday made sure I’ll never be back. My entire sonic burger was wrong and cold despite being one of two cars there. 3 employees were taking breaks while we waited for our food which was wrong AND cold. My cherry limeade was good, but I ate one bite of my burger before trashing it. I would rather eat McDonald’s or Cookout! Do not trust them!

Just avoid this location. There’s 4 cars in the drive thru and 7 cars in the carhop trying to order food and one guy is taking orders while the other guy smokes outside. Someone was waiting so long in the drive thru they honked their horn and finally got their order taken. We placed an order at the carhop after the guy said “how may I help you” and then 5 minutes later we got told to pull up to the drive thru so that he could take our order.. terrible customer service.

I come here often and they are always slow but somehow they take forever. I ordered 2 corn dogs and 2 small milkshakes and waited almost 10 minutes and I was the only one in line. The service was horrible he wouldn’t let me order because he kept cutting me off overall not good

I was given the wrong food after I waited over 10 mins to order(with no one in front of me) and then another 10+ mins to get my food. Then the tater tots were burnt so much that they were inedible.

The staff there were amazingly friendly! I was having problems ordering on my app so the lady asked me about it and completely eliminated all the frustration I was having with my phone being slow. She read my order from my phone and they were all so helpful and friendly. The food was so delicious that we ordered more when we were done.
