I ordered 2 sandwiches online, and it said it would take 15 minutes. Ok. I was close by so I went and parked in the parking lot and went in and waited in line. There’s one person working, and I can literally see my sandwich sitting on the counter while she’s working with two other customers with huge orders and she doesn’t even offer to reheat my sandwich or anything. I don’t know if she was being judgemental based on the way I looked, but she was super nice to other people except me. And I come in very nice. It said my order would be ready by 2:55pm and it all wasn’t done until 3:35pm. Never coming to this location again. If I could give zero stars.

Subway’s always a nice little place to eat at. I usually just pick up and go home, but yesterday we were out with family and it was very comfortable. The staff was pretty good, really nice. Had a good time.

They only had one person working at lunch time and when I arrived to pick up my pre-paid order, I was told they didn’t have all the ingredients to make any of the items on my order. They were out of so many of the common items that I just wanted a refund. I was told to sign a receipt and that a manager would have to take care of the refund in 3-7 days. They would not refund my money from the register and would not issue me a gift card for the amount.

There was one poor girl working the line. I placed my order online for pick up but she wasn’t able to get to it until i was there. She was very polite and it is not her fault that she was working alone but it was frustrating since the point of online ordering is so you dont have to wait.

I had a wonderful experience last week at this Subway! A young lady waited on me and I realized I might not have enough money, for my foot long sandwich. I told her I only had five dollars and some change. She paid the difference! She didn’t have to do that, I was so touched! I told her I’m visiting my son and I would be back to pay her back. I returned later and repaid her and a tip too.

There was an amazing girl with purple hair. She was working by herself, trying her best to attend customers efficiently and cash them out as fast as possible. Great customer service. The place was really clean. Following all Covid regulation.
