We decided to have chicken tonight and the boys wanted to eat Kentucky fried chicken. I was wondering about the french fries so Cindy at the desk told me she eats them all day long and she can only highly recommend it. Cindy was amazing she made our late night snack a delight. I ordered a breast and wing 2 piece dinner and a slice was missing from the breast. I pointed it out to the server who promised to pass my complaint to the manager. After 5 mins I went to the counter and the manager offered to replace the breat. He gave me another breast and a slice was missing from that breast also. I have been experiencing a slice missing from breasts at Popeye’s also. This issue started since these restaurants started serving chicken sandwiches. Could they be taking a slice from the breast for their chicken sandwich?

Yesterday we went to have dinner. We ordered at the kiosk and waited. All of our chicken was cold. We claimed the situation and had to wait more than 25 minutes for the replacement which was greasy to the core. We’ll never go back to this store again. The few people there were waiting long time to be served.

KFC has taken a hit from it’s earlier days with the original recipe offered! I’ve inquired from restaurant workers what’s changed about the original recipe first offered but have not received a satisfactory answer! They are however one of the best offered so far with the closing of Maryland Fried chicken which was a favorite!

Don’t ever get the Extra Crispy chicken because that’s just the pieces that have sat under the warming lamp for hours. The skin was hard as a rock and broke apart into crumbs. The meat was so dry just like beef jerky. What a waste of time and money.
