Went here today to grab dinner (around 7pm) and got one blackened catfish bowl and harvest bowl. This was my first time at this location and I had a disappointing experience. They ran out of most of the ingredients and for the harvest bowl the quantity for each ingredient was way too less. We requested to add extra chicken and they refused (asked us to pay if we needed extra) which was rude because the quantity was way too low. I have been to other sweet greens and they always serve a good Portion size.

I had dinner here on Tuesday, 8/15/23. Service was great! They have so many delicious salad options, or you can make your own. You can sub out any regular ingredient at no extra cost, or you can add ingredients for an additional $.50. Portions are very generous and it’s not that expensive!

Got a to-go order a couple weeks ago that was reasonably priced/good value. At the time, there was an offer on the app that said buy one at full price now get 50% off on a future order. So I did a few days ago and was given less than 50% off on my order. I had mushrooms added for $2. When I got home with my order I saw there were NO mushrooms and about half as much food as I received on my previous order. Not good customer service to give less food just because I paid less and was ripped off with the mushrooms. Very disappointed to say the least.

Fresh ingredients, nice staffs, and clean environment. Got the guacamole green bowl during their preview event. Large portion of food. Really amazed by the amount of avocado they gave me and also the fresh squeezed lemon. Will come back again!

I always get the hot honey chicken plate and it is delicious! My only concern is the portion sizes. I initially ordered on door dash and was given much less food than if I were in the store. Although when you go into the store you receive a bigger portion, I still think for the price it should be more food. Staff is really nice ..

Salads always are yummy ! I typically get the catfish bowl with spicy broccoli and avocado . Today I got that with the blackened chicken ! Adding a he cilantro lime dressing medium and it’s a hit ! I’ve always wanted to try their drinks , so my salad pro Asia advised the kombucha — she must have known I was just talking about detoxing and getting enough probiotics in ! And BAM ! FTW sweet green never fails . My only hang up is the economy is high so $30 for a salad and drink is a lot but at least I’m eating good ! The atmosphere is clean and I’m Always in and out for my lunch breaks !

Love Evolution
Im giving a 1 merely because of this location. I’ve been to multiple sweet greens and never have had a negative experience, until I came here. I genuinely try to give businesses a fair chance before I write them off. After 3 visits here, I definitely won’t be back. The customer service here is non existent. Employees look miserable , especially Bonnie. On our last visit, Bonnie made both myself and my boyfriend extremely uncomfortable. They stared at us, whispered to their coworkers and laughed. While they did that, I took a couple pictures and video for proof. If you don’t like serving people, you should not be in a customer facing role.
