I have ordered from this place maybe 5 times. Without fail, the order is messed up everytime. Whether its missing toppings, wing count is short, pizza is burnt, or wrong dip, there’s always a flaw. Last night the pizza was made wrong so they sent another one and that one had toppings on it that we never ordered. After a long day I just let it go. Unfortunately, that pizza gave all of us food poisoning, which brings me to this review. I have previously contacted the corporate office regarding the consistent failures and never heard back. This company doesn’t care about their customers and the franchise owner doesn’t care about this community.

The estimated time for your order doesn’t tell you how long that is until after you pay amd don’t believe what it says. 50 minutes is what it has said and when I got there they had not started making it. People in here were extremely irritated because they had been waiting and waiting then were told that the pizza was made wrong.

Wow. The bad reviews really do tell you something about this place. I ordered this “special“ deal that was a three topping pizza and I ordered extra cheese, three cheese blend, and Parmesan Romano. This cheese arrived and it’s literally just like a single cheese pizza and it doesn’t even taste that good. Wow quality has just gone down hill while prices go up, like everywhere these days, lol.

My husband ordered a Large half pepperoni with pineapple and the other half just cheese. They messed up the first order and gave us the whole pizza pepperoni with pineapple. So called them and told them about our order and they were nice enough to make us new one with half cheese in it. My husband pick it up and came home with the same order. A whole pepperoni with pineapple. What on earth is wrong with these people! We called for the order to make sure they make it right the 2nd time. And still the same wrong order! Just wow!!

Great stuff crust pizza and Parmesan crusted Papadia! Not too much sauce ever. Hot and ready under 20 minutes. Usually. Ours got delayed because the online app didn’t process the order correctly. It’s the best pizza around.

Love their delivery service but when we went to pick up in store they had forgotten our order and tried to play it off as “we wanted it to be fresh” like come on. So we had to wait another 15-20 minutes for our pizza to get done. Ridiculous

Most of the time this place is short staffed as heck, food is great so I tip well because service work is not easy and they always look run ragged. I went in this weekend, lots of workers there,I was told my pizza was just about to come out of the oven. Stood there for 18 more minutes and they grab my pizza which had sat there the entire time i was waiting, and handed it to me, said sorry for the wait. Pizza was subpar.
