The staff is friendly and the space is very nice. We’ve been in a few times but this was our first time ordering food. It was very disappointing. The prices are very high (almost $60 for two sandwiches, seltzers, and small bags of chips, plus tip). We waited 25 minutes for the sandwiches and they were pathetic. Spending $4.50 for chicken and having it on only 1/3 of the sandwich is misleading at best. We expected high quality ingredients but to our sandwiches both had what looked like romaine lettuce, sliced white bread, and cheap pickles (green like they’ve been chemically pickled)). And I’m not sure where the tomato went but it wasn’t on my sandwich. We won’t be giving the food another shot and neither should you.

First time here and will make this a regular stop in the future. We had the Italian sandwich and falafel wrap. Both were fresh, warm and delicious. Love the small, but well-curated selection of cheese, wine and misc. prepared foods. Staff was very friendly.

Sandwich was lovely. Should not need to wait 20-30 minutes for it to be made, especially when it was not busy. Need to have two lines – one set of employees focusing on customers waiting and the other for online orders.

Menu is nice, store is lovely but pretty expensive. I don’t know if they can’t afford to pay for more workers or just can’t find them, but it takes a long while to get food. Def should order in advance. Also then you don’t have to deal with the sourpuss at the register.

They have good things for sale here, but it’s *not* cheap. Rather pretty expensive actually, and something that really soured my mood was that they swung around the checkout-machine for me to enter tip – for buying a cheese slicer! That is just not ok.

The taste of the food had always been great. But the price for what you get is insane. I keep giving this place another chance after chance, but they rarely pay attention to the notes in the online orders. They skimp out on things even when you ask for extras. I’ve emailed and have received refunds and apologies. I don’t want a refund or apology, I want the portions to be correct, I want the problem to be fixed not covered up with a sorry we will do better here is your money back. Just DO BETTER FIX IT PLEASE. I want so badly to like this place because the food IS good but they continue to skimp out and don’t actually work on fixing any of the issues.

My husband and I love this place. We live close by and whenever we have company having a nice lunch there is always on the agenda. We have enjoyed so many times the Biscuit Sandwich for breakfast which is absolutely delicious. The nicest people work there, the vibe is fabulous and all around great food so you can’t go wrong. During the pandemic they have been doing take out so absolutely check out this place. It is a neighborhood gem for sure.

I visited this establishment on a trip to the area last year in the summer. It was for my niece’s graduation and we were picking up some prepared foods from this store and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience all around. I was met with very helpful and friendly staff and the packaging and service on our items was superb. The quality and freshness of the food was exemplary and everyone at the celebration commented on how great the food was. I’m vegan and was impressed by the foods I picked up specific to my dietary preferences (which can be hard to find in prepared foods sometimes). I highly recommend this establishment to anyone and I have no doubt that I will be back when visiting the area again.
