The food is really good, but the young workers aren’t very enthusiastic or friendly. I work in the mall and go to this Chipotle for lunch sometimes, while the wait time is decent, the workers give me the impression that I’m an inconvenience. They don’t even try to act nice or even give a proper greeting. I’m very easygoing on food workers, so this makes me believe the young workers don’t take their jobs seriously.

If I could give this less than one star, I would absolutely -100 stars!! Absolutely hate this place. My coworker goes and gets food there all the time and the first incident that we did not write a review for the manager ended up throwing a pan of hot grease, and it caught his hand, causing it to blister! Ironically, today we went into order again off of good faith, and there was a long black piece of hair! This place is disgusting and this is the last time that we will come here. The manager still gives my coworker an attitude! We tried to call, but the number is disconnected. This is so unprofessional.

I came up as the only person in line, no one greeted me and two kids were standing on there phones. Then online orders popped out and they started preparing them. By then 5 people popped up behind me. After waiting for 15 mins the young man came up to me and was very rude when I ordered and when I asked a question, he rolled his eyes and mumbled under his breath. Multiple people were upset in line. This was the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had.

Worst Chipotle food I have ever ate today in my life. Ordered bowls and those were served with raw rice. That was terrible, how could they not even cook rice properly? That’s so sad, we couldn’t even have our dinner. Probably the last time I had food from there.

I ordered the chicken bowl with most of the fixing and the cilantro-lime rice. I was only able to eat half there and had the rest for dinner. I also had the queso dip with chips it was not as seasoned as I’d like, won’t be getting that again however Everything else was fresh and Great!

I frequent here often and stick to the same order. I like to do this so I do not get a bad batch of something new that I am trying or write it off as maybe the product was running low. The other day I was eating my burrito bowl with chicken and found something hard in it. I wrote it off as maybe it was a burnt piece of rice or a leaf from ingredients that they put in. It happened again the other day, twice and after the second time I finally checked what it was that was hard and crunchy in my food. It was a decent sized bone, big enough that if I swallowed it I would have choked for sure. I went back to the store to talk to them about it and the manager came up with the most rehearsed spiel I have ever heard. Promising there is no way bone would make it into there food and not even offering to make up for it just basically saying I made it up. It took two minutes for me to google “Chipotle bone in chicken” to find a Chipotle reddit about workers who are experiencing more and more bones in their chicken and the franchise doing nothing about it. I don’t want anything free but be careful because some of your customers can choke and could lead to a big lawsuit.
