Surprisingly, a GREAT Client Experience. Team was friendly ….it was refreshing from this store which I visit often. Clearly new Team in place…THANK YOU! Attention to cleanliness is definitely needed. First time in about 5 years…service sucked badly before..I had to try again and I was happy…the new workers actually spoke to you at the window and I had the chance to say thank you….o and the burgers wasn’t all wet and soggy at the bottom of the container….fries was crispy as well..I was impressed…keep it up . atmosphere sucked bc I was in my car alone I had to enjoy my Burgers by myself

Food is dry and old. Chicken is so hard can barely bite into it. Burger patty was so cold the cheese didn’t even melt on it. Absolutely disgusting. Missing a lot of items on my order. This is terrible business. Don’t waste your money here

Went through the drive through around 11pm. 2 cars were in front of me that drove off. When I got to the speaker, no one answered. Drove up to the window, saw employees cooking. I sat at the window for about 4 mins, they ignored me and started eating the food they were cooking. No wonder the other cars drove off. I guess 24hrs is not really 24hrs.

No concern when it comes to the food, I always loved White Castle in New York late night, everything was fresh, but my experience at Krystals was horrible, I can’t ho here again, bread was crusty at the ends, food was cold, burgers were just thrown together. I forced myself to eat 4 cheese Krystals, and the last one I may end up throwing away. Never again.
