The taste of the wings were good. Problem is they forgot my 40 pack of wings but I realized once I got to the car. As I was walking back in, there was another guy that had gotten all the way home before realizing they forgot to put his wings in the bag. Once I got home I realized they didn’t add the veggies to the bag. I had been warned but thought they were exaggerating but no, they were right. I will not be back.

Don’t ever go here! Stay away whatever you do. This is my first and last time ever going to a wingstop. I ordered a 10 piece combo and the manager was really pushy for me to take a survey….meanwhile, a customer comes back into the restaurant with the wrong order, which happened to be mine. I told the cook to throw that away because I don’t want it, I believe she took the wings that the customer bought back into the store and reheated it and gave it to me. They don’t have integrity. Meanwhile, the supervisor is in the lobby feeding his face, if he had been there in the front, our orders wouldn’t have gotten mixed up because he took our orders. Never again will go here. The food didn’t taste good. I didn’t know they didn’t use batter or seasoning, just oils and flavors on their wings. The fries were decent but seemed reheated. The manager never apologized for them giving my order out to the wrong customer…Just horrible.

Waited 30 minutes for a ten piece, chicken was good but fries were completely cold. Place is very loud with music and multiple tv’s on, very annoying. Manager walking around all over in plain clothes looks weird. Probably won’t be back. Service was respectful.

I’ve gotten food from her once before through doordash and things were okay. I ordered today through doordash and I was missing a 10 PC boneless, I got the fries and drinks but was missing the wings so my mom drove up to the store. She asked the guys working there if she could have her wings and they tried to tell her that our doordasher took our wings and that “they’ll do it this time but next time we need to watch our bags” 1. I personally opened both bags. 2. Both bags were still closed with the sticker and they were rolled shut so I don’t know how my dasher could have taken them. 3 even if my dasher DID take them, I didn’t get my food that I paid for so its your job to fix that. I’m sorry youre sort staffed but that doesn’t excuse your attitude.

First time customer here and I got the Louisiana rub on my wings. It was too spicy for my liking so maybe next time I’ll a less spicy flavor. He got the lemon pepper with plain fries and I was able to taste it, was very good. Service was nice, fast and efficient. Everyone wore masks including customers but we weren’t required.

if i could leave zero stars i would. the wait is long i understand they are very busy and understaffed but i didnt have any of my ranch and i came back for it and brought my bag so they could see and the manager said “we put 4 ranches in that bag” so i said “i brought the bag so you can see” and he said “just because you brought the bag, that don’t mean nothing” so i said “well i am telling you there was no ranch in the bag”. if you wanna wait a million years for your food and also be met with unpleasant people that are rude then definitely buy your food from here that was so lame like why would i drive all the way home and then back to be lying about some ranch now my food is cold too and there was nothing done to make up for the inconvenience. lame

Waited 40 minutes for a chicken sandwhich and fries. Fries were soggy and cold with an obscene amount of salt on them, chicken sandwhich was absolutely dripping in sauce, along with the outside of the box. Place was dirty.
