The food tasted like the deep fryers hadn’t been cleaned & grease hadn’t been changed in a very long time. Couldn’t eat the food once I got home with it. Many people I know have started calling this particular Dairy Queen ‘the homeless DQ.’ Will not be back!

Called in a order for pick up. Showed up and door was locked. This was at 8:45. After standing outside for 5 minutes the staff finally notice I was there. Yelled through the glass that I was picking up a call in order, they told me to get in line through the drive through. Told him I was not waiting in line I was on my way to work. Continued to tell me to get in line. Told him you can keep what I ordered I was not waiting in line. Also when I called had to call three times before someone answered. I called after I left to speak to the manager and he said he was the lead there and would not let me speak to his manager. Asked him why the doors were locked because you don’t close till 10 PM. His response was they were short staffed and running out of food, which sounds like a personal problem to me. What does that have to do with shutting down early. My problem is that when I called the order in he should of explained the situation to me before taking my order. Poor customer service. Will be by to speak to the manager about this. I frequent this place often and this is unacceptable. And the gentleman was very rude on top of that.

Ancient, burger as dry as a 1950s truck stop. No receipt, no idea what was charged. Lots of things out of stock. Only ketchup packets. Possibly offer a time machine for better service in 2023.
