Had to wait for ever to pick up my take out. They give you an especific time. You get there and they have no clue how much longer it’ll take them.

I love their pollo a la brasa! The costs have gone up lately, and they’re often short staffed, yet they consistently have great chicken. Maybe better than in Lima, Perú. Watch out though, the pitcher of chicha was $13!

The food is delicious! BUT the service is horrible. On New Years Eve Eve, my family had pre-ordered and pre-paid for a pollo la brasa with fries and they told us to pick up the next day at 7pm. We get there at 7pm and it’s a mess inside. No organization and very upset customers that also pre-ordered food, waiting to pick up. When we told them we were there to pick up, at first they were lost and then they told us that the food was ready since the morning. But the day before, they’re the ones that told us to pick up at 7pm. Anyways, they had given away our order and we had to wait an hour. Once we got home, ready to eat, the chicken and fries were uncooked. It had to be finished cooking in the oven and the fries in the air fryer. Very disappointing and will most likely not be coming back. In the past, I had ordered a ceviche and jalea and both are *chef’s kiss* but our recent experience out weighs the past.

Having been there several times I could say the food is excellent. However, the wait time to get the food when you pick up is terrible. They need to be more honest with how long it will take. Also the customer service skills are lacking terribly. I hate leaving a negative review for a small business but when I asked for a manager/owner so that I can give them some feedback on that issue since others were also saying the wait was terrible the girl completely ignored me and I had to ask her multiple times just to get a name and then she kept telling me she had and won’t be here when I asked when she’s there. . Unacceptable 100 %. There are many other Peruvian restaurants in town that I could spend my money at.

Food is very good, one of the better Peruvian eats out there. Service is lacking a bit and they charge 18% gratuity regardless of good or bad service. They also don’t address it anywhere and I’ve ended up tipping twice sometimes

Food is great. Called to order $300 worth of food, but if you’re an American who speaks little to no Spanish, don’t bother spending your money there. They’ll skip you if you go in, make you wait and if you order for delivery they wont bother to find a staff worker who does speak English to take your order. They’re losing a lot of money for it. Im not the only one.
