Received my order through Door Dash. The driver took 12 minutes from KFC so pretty quick and no issue. When we opened the containers we were greeted by chicken that had sat so long it was cold to the touch, grease on the skin was sticky, bones sticking through (meat shrank) and tore open a breast to find hard dry meat. The entire order smelled of rot. Threw it out as I believe it was unsafe to eat. The dog would not touch the mashed potatoes. Not a joke he snubbed them and pushed the container away.Picture of dried out chicken breast attached. Will not ever order from this location or likely any other KFC again. This was not the first order that looked like this from a KFC. The management and staff should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to leave their restaurant.

This restaurant is the worst example of a fast food chain. The girls in the front speak as they have no education, they do not have manners and treat customers like they are trash. They also treat each other in front of customers like trash very unprofessional. The only people who seemed caring and kind was the kid in the back who seemed upset about my meal, the small girl in the front she seemed to be scared because of the rude remarks that came from the others. I don’t know who’s running the show but they is store needs an entire makeover.

A clean swing and miss. We placed our order, decided to add more fries. The lady at the window said rudely we couldn’t add items at the window “no more “. No explanation, they just passed up some “ plus business”. Got a pot pie, it was mostly potatoes and carrots, very little chicken. Ordered a Mac n’ cheese bowl. It had 5 pieces of chicken total, with 2 hidden under the layer of cheese. The menu picture of the bowl depicted 9 or 10 pieces. Going to lose customers to the Indian Trail store or a competitor.
