Everything is made to order. Was well worth every cent. The Brunswick stew was the best I have had in a long time. The people are very pleasant and the food was delicious. Reminds me of my granny…

We have been there 2 times now. Each visit we ordered something different including the specials. Everyone in our family enjoyed what we had. We met the owner, Stephen. Super great guy and very humble. As for what we ordered, the brisket plate was enough for us to have on day two and was just as good. The pork sandwich was served on toasted white bread instead of a hamburger bun, which was a little different, but was great. The Brunswick stew was great too. It was more of stew where you could see all the vegetables and meat as opposed to a cream-style stew. The fried chicken sandwich was HUGE and tasty. The fries are fresh-cut and not frozen. Oh, and the desserts were great as well – caramel cake was a lot and the peach cobbler was maybe enough to share with someone… but then again, maybe not! 😀

Outstanding! The food was amazing… Tons of it and so delicious. Between the two of us, we got the beff brisket, pulled pork, Mac and cheese, baked beans, cole slaw, cornbread, hand cut french fries, iced tea, and lemonade. Everything we had was perfect and you can tell it’s all fresh made. If you haven’t tried Fuel, you’re definitely missing out!

I do not understand how this place has good reviews. My family was highly disappointed. The rib tips are not rip tips. They are bone and fat. They were swimming in the grease when I got them home. The Brunswick stew was just as much filled with grease. I’ve had Brunswick stew from many places, and this one is purely nasty. The first bite I got was fat. The pulled pork was dry. Mac and cheese was weird and it was also oily. The fries were old and hard. The greens were sour and overly salted. If you want a heart attack, eat here, otherwise there are plenty of other bbq places to get at in Rome.

I have been hearing about this place and have passed by it a few times. So, today I decided to try it out. Boy am I glad that I did. The pulled pork is really tasty and I tried both the sweet and hot sauces. Both are very good. Had Mac and cheese as one of my sides and it was very yummy. So cheesy and not dry at all. Added some fried ribs and found that very interesting. It’s like really tender pork chops. I would recommend this place to anyone that loves good bbq.

It’s still the Best BBQ in Rome, in my opinion. Brisket and Ribs are the go-to for us. Boozies Bread pudding for desert and grab a couple of fireballs (candy)for the road.

Stopped in with our 4 kiddos while taking a break from looking at properties, great environment and the food was outstanding! Being our first time here they offer a sample of both Brunswick stew and chili both, super delicious! Highly recommend & will return!

The ribs and sides were excellent but the brisket and pulled pork were a little dry. I would give it another shot.
