Ordered their pizza melts, because they no longer sell the Calzones… they are described as “crispy”, but arrived harder then asphalt, they were burnt and inedible, couldn’t eat unless we took the risk of loosing teeth. Highly disappointed will not be ordering again. Had to order food from somewhere else.

I was a bit disappointed that there was a choice for me to choose contactless service, and I chose it. When I got to the store and gave notice on the app that I had arrived however, no one ever came out with my order. I proceeded to use the app again assuming that it had malfunctioned, and was prompted to call the store. At this point, I chose to just go in and pick it up. What was the point of having this option if the store couldn’t honor it? Makes no sense.

We called to order and we specifically asked for thick crust & not thin & we were charged for the medium crust & we called them & told them that we are willing to return the pizza we got for the one we ordered & the lady on the phone kept repeating “but you told me to pick” in not the nicest way & so I just thought you guys should know a little about our experience, Dominos is better anyways 🙂
