First off, the girl at the window is rude. I spoke to her three times and she ignored me three times. I ordered crispy tater tots, and I got the same cold mushy grease soaked, not drained, nasty tots cooked in old unfiltered oil that everyone else gets every time they go there.

Sweetest staff! Ate my fries on the way home. However, once I got home, I noticed my chicken was very dark and opened my sandwich to find a burnt, hard as rock chicken breast. Looks like it was fried 3 times over. I’ve worked fast food before and I’m just disappointed because I know the kitchen staff knew this wasn’t sellable.

There was no gravy in my Togo order and missing a sausage biscuit. I order ahead to avoid this kinda thing happening. I even thought that they were correcting the order as they went because I could hear him calling out for more food to add.

I was having trouble with my card (internet transfers were down) and the Manager was incredibly understanding and didn’t rush me. When I had someone behind me I parked and proceeded to call my bank to find out what happening and get my husband to transfer something to see if we could get it to go through. While doing this the Manager took care of my meal for me! Such sweet and kind consideration! I loved this place before but today they showed they are even better!

We come here often for dinner because they send out very generous coupons. My brother loves their bacon cheese fries and we get them almost every Friday when we are in NC. Before, they used to have lobby service but, currently they still only have drive through service. Honestly, I like the lobby service but, the staff people were a bit slow. You would order and hand them the coupon and they will still mess up the order or ask you a thousand questions or give you the wrong change. The drive through people are not so bad but, you have to keep repeating the same order only to be told “just drive to the window”.
