Chicken was dry, even the leg meat. Sauces listed right on the security label…not a single one was provided. Worse they did provide 4 (1@) of every cream based sauce which are HORRIBLE. Biscuits are bone dry & taste sour, thanks for excluding the honey sauce I ordered for them.

I got what I expected. We had to pull around front and park to wait for our drive thru order. 5 or so minutes. They forgot the Mac and cheese in one meal and forgot the biscuit in the other meal. The fries were limp and mushy (potato wedges were so much better). The chicken was fine.

Blame new manager. They claim drive thru is “closed” and then make you come inside. The manager is rude and unprofessional. Did not receive a receipt and the manager lied to my face. Terrible service. Been coming to this location (near work) for years but not anymore.
