Best burger and roast beef in the area. The Mix Up Burger is a great permanent menu option and showcases the best of both. Otherwise the rotating burger of the month and associated specials are something to look forward to. It’s worth upgrading from the side of chips, and the tots are better than the fries. Get a side of au ju for dipping. We’ve gone a variety of times, this was a more recent visit with the Jan 2023 BOM, Chicago Roast Beef and the other photo is the mix up burger.

Great tots, crispy and hot. Fries are soggy. Pass the canned beer; I got one that expired a year ago and swapped for a tap option. Overall the burgers were solid, so I’ll review on that. But the experience could use some tidying.

Stopped by around 7pm on a Friday for dinner with friends. We had a Mix burger (burger, roast beef, bacon on brioche bun), with chips, a regular roast beef with au jus and fries, and an order of wings. The burger needed some flavor, like it wasn’t seasoned at all (Magic Chef seasoning is good guys, maybe add that?). The chips weren’t very good but the fries were. Roast beef sandwich and the wings were also good! The nice gal brought out our food, but no napkins (?). Overall it was a good meal and a nice outdoor patio experience.

Love the burgers! Buns are perfect, have tried several different burgers all have been great. The fries are perfect every time. Buffalo wings were perfect. Have even tried the the breakfast items too, they rock as well. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Man these people that think they are writing reviews for magazines are ridiculous. You didn’t get a napkin? Get up and walk 5 ft to where the napkin dispenser is! They aren’t a full service sit down restaurant. For people wondering what the actual food is like, it’s fantastic. The burgers are legit and cooked the way a sane person would like, with a little pink in the middle. They have a good variety of options also. The roast beef though, is on a whole different level. The Frenchy is so good and the medium rare roast beef melts in your mouth.

I had no problems with the food, but the staff was abysmal. We were the only customers, other than a person inside who was almost finished eating. We had to wipe down our own table with napkins because it was filthy, and this was while the staff literally sat behind the counter and watched us do it the entire time. The same ataff was sitting behind the counter while we entered the restaurant. I dislike having to tip before you even get your food or get to your table because of instances like this.
