No place to park to run In and puck up my pizza for free you had to pay no matter if it was just a few seconds to run in and puck up my pizza. They need to do better by that. And there was some rude Uber eats men in there jumping in front of everyone yo puck up orders he was there to pick up like we weren’t there to pick up our orders slso.

Saw the reviews, but I figured I’d give these guys a try since I live and work in the city, but . was wrong. The pick up was as expected. The food was not done right, in the sense of the preparation. cheesy sticks weren’t cut and the pizza was cut terribly. Had to ask the office next door for a knife. so that was SUPER inconvenient.

I ordered the Alfredo pasta WITHOUT chicken in its title, put “no chicken” in the special instructions, and this is STILL what I got. At least half the tin was chicken. How hard is it to NOT put something in an order?

Awful service. Employees were standing around Gossiping instead of tending to the customers. I waited 8 minutes until someone came to the register. Employee walked in from outside in straight into the kitchen and didn’t wash his hands and started making pizza. Very unprofessional staff, girl comes up front and said she’s not going to do everything by herself and just stood there while the lobby was full of customers. It took 45 minutes, che charged me and said my pizza was ready which it wasn’t. Get home and the pizza wasn’t fully cooked. 30 dollars later I tossed the food and was very upset and disappointed.

20 minute delivery came in 1.5 hr and was cold!! Called the store and they said what do you want us to do about it. I said refund me they said ok 5-7 days I asked for a confirmation of the refund and the answer was we don’t have that SMH

I only ordered the Hershey’s triple chocolate brownies. They cut it wrong first off, it’s suppose to be cut into 9 pieces but they cut it into 6. This location is decrypted and sorely needs to be updated, an old tube non-working TV, trashed on the floor, I really thought I was in a wrong location if it wasn’t for the modern sign outside. I also saw the delivery guy and someone else joke around for several minutes before the driver decided to take his order and deliver it, so if you ordered from this location for delivery, don’t expect your food until they’re done talking.
