Great Place friendly service everyday. Anytime you go here it’s great. Something they can’t help if it’s out of season. But a wheel barrel can roll you out if you ain’t careful.

Stopped in here during my travels and the special of the day was the “Western Melt and fries”, so I gave it a whirl. This came out piping hot, it had a 3/8′ hamburger patty on it with grilled onions, a piece of hickory smoked bacon and bbq sauce on it, all on some Texas toast. This thing had a great Smokey flavor to it, man was it good. They served fries cut short with it, probably from a potatoe on a volrath cutter if I had to guess. The fries were golden brown and slightly crispy. I had sweet tea to drink, the tea was dark so it actually had some good tea flavor to it. I also had a piece of butter pecan cheese cake which was pretty good, it could have been a little bit more creamy to suit my taste and was a not dry, but had a great taste to it. Anyways I recommend giving them a chance for your meal, thumbs up.

Great little old fashioned diner with a pretty wide selection of menu choices. I ordered the Country fried steak, fried okra, pinto beans and corn bread. It was all cooked perfectly and delicious. The pinto beans reminded me of the ones my grandfather used to make.
