I am very hopeful that they work out the kinks. The service was top notch. However, we waited 1 hr and 20 min for our food and it was cold when it arrived. The order was missing items and by the time they were brought out, we were signing the check…. Just disappointing. We really want this location to succeed. We are going back this Saturday to complete the Wall of Flame challenge. Fingers crossed!

For a new place, they have done well with the interior, staffing for sure needs additional training, same goes for the GM or who ever managed on the evening of 4/10. He was more concerned that the chairs were properly pushed rather than helping his team manage time. Timing was a complete failure all around. I had the spicy fried pickles as my appetizer, and really yall have how many wing sauces back there, and you put out those. Give us the option to choose a sauce for them. Otherwise, get rid of them, they suck. Other than that, the wings are actually exceptional. Nice flavor, nice crunch. I will try again in the future.

Food was good and portions fair. Kitchen made a couple minor errors but the server quickly got them corrected. Daily drink specials. Had the peach chipotle boneless wings and they had a nice sweet heat to them.

We have been to Wings, Etc twice in the past 3 weeks, and each time has been amazing. Our wings were perfectly cooked/crispy and the sauces (tweener, and mahalo-que) were yummy! The onion rings were great as well. On our second visit, we had the fish tacos, more wings, and desserts: raspberry cheesecake chimis and funnel cake fries….all delicious! On both visits, we experienced amazing customer service! We highly recommend this establishment.

Beer and traditional wings what else can you ask for. They have TVs with sports and wings were phenomenal, the fry and the sides were ok. A place Granbury was needing, will definitely come back! 10/10

Really had high hopes for this place but after the experiences I’ve had there, I’m really disappointed. The first time we went early in the day and sat at the host stand for almost 10 minutes with workers walking by but not acknowledging us at all. We sat at the bar. The bartender was friendly but didn’t seem like she was trained well and there was a lot of confusion on how to ring in orders. None of the employees seemed to know what was going on and the food took almost an hour and they were not busy at all. I figured since they were a new business I would give them another chance but it was worse. Again sat at the bar. Guy bartender was nice but definitely not trained well. I asked what were the bourbon options and he admitted he didn’t have a clue. We ordered food which again took a long time, didn’t come out at the same time, and was incorrect. The bartender said he rang in my wings wrong so he sent them back to correct it. Then when my correct order came out my husband just got his order finally and the traditional wings were so tough you couldn’t chew them. Our pretzel bites were sent back as well because they were almost black like they hadn’t changed the fryer oil. When we told the girl bartender about the wings she had the manager talk to us. The manager, Sheri, had an attitude and asked what was wrong with it, we told her. Her response was “what do you want me to do about it?” Like l need to tell her how to do her job. Worst customer service I’ve ever had, especially from a manager. The attitude was so unprofessional and disrespectful. If they get some new managers in they might be able to turn things around but no one wants to be treated that way by some snotty manager when they go out to eat.
